As there have been no responses to my query, I will most likely start hacking away at the harness to see where these two wires lead to. Unlike most power antennas toyota uses a seperately mounted relay to control the up and down movement. My life would be simpler if I knew where they placed the relay. Thanks

If you go to wal-mart and buy a Haynes manual for you year and model, the relay location would be in there.

I have called the Toyota Parts dept many times in the past, and they have faxed me the wiring routing for many areas.

They want to sell you the part....they want to give you the information. Believe me. Call them.
