I am the proud owner of a 2002 in Blue Moon Pearl.<br><br>Exactly 1 year to the day of picking up my 01 8/30/00, I got my 02!<br><br>A couple of notes worth mentioning for everyone..<br><br>1. The navagation system is AWESOME!!!!! Database very current, my house (less than a year old) was in the database! Even my neighbors house being built on a lot in Prescot AZ was in the database!! Find restraunts, gas stations, dealers, etc. Even has maintainence reminders for vehicle service! NAV...JUST GET IT!<br><br>2. Blue moon pearl is not what it appears to be in the color picker on the web. It is much more lavander like. Changes colors depending on light view, but I like it a lot. I was expecting more silver based tones. I have posted a picture in the photos area in the folder 02 Colors.<br><br>Back to reading the NAV manual for now.... I love my Prius!<br><br>Alan

Alan,<br><br>No kidding, the NAV has individual houses, as opposed to knowing the number range between each intersecting road and interpolating? That's amazing. Are you in an urban area?<br><br>Burns

Allen,I purchased a blue moon pearl with nav on 9-18-01 and now since you have had both for one month,how do you like the color and nav system?

Loving my 02 more than my 01! Some times I love the color and other times I think it is a little to Lavender, but overall I guess I am still on the fence with the color. Everyone I have shown it to has liked it though.<br><br>NAV system is super...Worth the $1900 after living with it for a month now. Great guidance system, completely accurate on every turn, automatic re-routing if you take a new or veer off course, and lots of Points of Interest data on the DVD such as Restaurants, Car Dealers, Museums, Golf Courses, etc.<br><br>One complaint is that you must see and agree to the legal disclaimer screen each and every time you first start the car and want to use the GPS features. You must touch the "Agree" button. I wish you could override this, but I understand the reasoning behind it. In the same light, you can not change your destination on the fly as you are driving to other than pre set up destinations or points of interest already in the system unless the car has come to a stop. This is ok since you have 5 presets, home, and up to 100 marked points to use as PRE SET UP destinations, but it still would be nice to be able to type a new address in while not having to stop or pullover. I would advise anyone who does not like a very light purple color not to order it. I actually really like it. It doesn't always have the color. Need to determine if it is a cloudy day effect, setting sun effect, next to red colors effect or what. George

Heyyyy, I disagree with that color issue. It's only pale purply-blue and even then not very purply when it's overcast. Otherwise, it's light blue mica sorta color...
