I cranked up my heater for the first time this season, and when I have the fan switch turned up to the 3rd and 4th position, the blower seems really loud. I also have it adjusted to put the air on the floor board of the car, it sounds like much of the noise is coming from the bottom of the windshield, ( and no, I dont have the defroster on) Does anyone else experiance this?

Just had the same issue, had to replace the blower motor, easy to do if you are handy with tools.
