I have a 1991 Toyota Tercel and am having some vibration problems in the steering wheel, mostly between 60 - 70 mph. And it seems that it only happens on a right hand curve in the road....any suggestions....the tires are fine, and the wheels look good, I just changed the front rotors and brake pads, and am now noticing this problem, although it may have been there all along, because I usually don't go that fast...lol....glad to be here, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the alignment. I had the same sort of issue with my 91 Tercel at any speed over 65mph. With new tires and alignment, it will run smooth up to 85mph.
