Hello all...I was just surfing and found this site and thought maybe I could get a little help. I have a 93 tercel with a couple hundred thousand miles on it. It has a new head gasket and head, radiator, fuel pressure reg. filter, tune up stuff.......and still when it warms up it wont run right. Seems to run smooth in park but when I shift into gear it wants to miss and die. It seems to run right when cold. S I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if there might be a vacuum actuated valve that opens when the engine warms up??? Any ideas> Thanks everyone for any help.

I had about the same problem(going up hill was the worst even 1st+2nd), I thought it was a stupid issue also, All i got was, "replace this, replace that might just do the trick!" come to find out i threw a cylinder. in fact i just threw another and no cash. All I'm saying is get it checked by as many shops/people you can. A high school auto mechanics program diagnosed and personally showed me my problem FOR FREE after all the money spent through various shops. Good Luck!!! Get it fixed ASAP. I sluffed and still drove it hard and now i take the city bus to work.
