> Help Brake Problems, can't get caliper mount off

Drives: 1994 celica gt
Location: ohio
Hello everyone i'm having problems. Caliper seized snapped off all 3 bolts in caliper. Caliper is mounted to a bracket one side doesn't have a bolt head just a shiny cap on it with a hole. Does anyone know how to remove this??

does shiney cap come off. if it does there may be a allen head inside. look in there with a flash light after u get the cap off
