Is there a procedure to change dealership service centers. I'm not having very good luck at the dealership I purchased the Prius so I want to change to another Prius authorized dealership. I was hoping the service center was better than the sales department but it looks like I was mistaken.

You can go to any Toyota service center that has a qualified Prius mechanic. Go to the Prius order website, pretend to order a car until you get to the point where it lets you view dealerships within a specified radius of your house. Each of these dealerships will be qualified to work on your Prius. The hard part, of course, is determining which will do the best job for you. Once you've selected, the procedure is just to make a service appointment at the new location. They can do all the remaining warranty work for you, as well as any other work you want.

Robert Snyder
NJ-PIKACHU

I don't think you need to do anything special. Just go to another dealer. It probably can't hurt to save all your receipts just in case there is any question in the future about whether you had the regular maintenance done (since it won't all be in one dealer's computer). Of course that never hurts anyway.

Burns
LOWCO2-NH

You don't have to do anything. Just take it to another dealer. You can go to any dealer for service but make sure they have a Prius technician.

I changed from the dealer I bought the car from after the first oil change, now going to do the same again because the current dealer has damaged my car twice.

Good luck

AT
