Drives: 98 Corolla, 91 pickup 4x4

Ok folks.. ODD request here.. but my mom has a 98 Corolla that has just thrown a check engine light and another light to the right of it, She could only discribe it as "Suiggly vertical lines".. This sounds like a Oil light but I don't know since she lives in another state and I can't just go over and look at the car for her. My web searches turn up nothing. Can someone give me a rundown of the warning lights that are on a Corolla dash from left to right?? THANKS!!! She's trying to make it to a garage as we speek.. I shope she doesn't burn the **** thing up! :((

Location: Canada
The rear window defogger indicator is immediately to the left of the check engine light indicator.

Both are yellow. There should be a switch above the radio to the right. Push it to turn it off/on
