2000 Toyota Tacoma is hesitating or should I say missing at start offs. I have replaced the plugs and wires. If anyone of you have suggestions or reccomendations I would really appreciate it.

Have you tried cleaning the throttle body/butterfly valve?

Did those still have a distributor or did they have direct ignition (coils)? If its got a distributor, the problem could be in your distributor cap and/or rotor.
Typically, when you replace plugs and wires you also replace the distributor cap and rotor.

Again, Thanks for all your help. I checked the throttle body and it is pretty clean not restricting air flow. My question is how often do you change the coil packs? I made a few holes in the catalytic converters and still have the hesitation. Replaced the wires, plugs and fuel filter. is it possible it could be a valve?

Coil packs usually don't fail. What did you mean by you made a few holes in the cat converters? For what purpose?

I thought maybe the cat was plugged. I have 2 extra cats that is the only reason I did it.

For people with similar problems:

I had hesitation on start off with my 1999 Tacoma and I took it into the shop and it turned out I had dirty fuel lines and it was clogging some sensor (don't quite remember the name), all they did was clean the fuel lines and so far it has fixed the problem......

Hope this helps anyone with the problem that doesn't have a faulty spark plug....
