Hi,

After a little bump revealing a lot of rust, I need a new front wing for my old camper-van.

It's the left (passenger) side that I need.

You should try to look for your wing on some websites. In the UK I've found http://www.car-scrapyards.co.uk/ which has been useful to me when I was looking for a front bumper.
