Hi all, new post from me so hope you can help.

I have a 2003 Hiace 280GS van which has been sat on the drive for 18 months. The batteries were dead so bought some new ones and fitted them. Now comes the strange part when I turn the key nothing happens, and there are no lights commimg on at all.

Is this going to be a fuse problem or am I missing something.

Hope you can help!!!

Cheers

When you turn the key, can you hear anything click as you reach the "ON" position?

You should at least hear a couple of relays in the engine compartment click.

Sound like you have some blown fuses.

Are you 100% sure you hooked the new batteries up correctly?
