Drives: 2007 prius
Location: USA

1 Is it possible to get HID headlights for my 2007 prius and where would i get them?
I have package 1 ,so no HID headlights.

2 Has anybody installed the EV control ,which consists of some kind of resister-transistor that
has to be wired in and if so,does it really improve MPG ?
