Hey GoRet,

I don't know if this problem
with ToySport is still going, but I thought I'd make a
suggestion... One club member suggested contacting TRD I think
it was, another suggested that they would talk to
ToySport for you. If I may, I would like to suggest these
things to consider:

1) Ask them to clarify, in
writing, why it is that you should just be giving them
back this intake per your sales agreement. It costs a
few bucks, but send the request to them as a
certified mail. This is often the first step in dealing
with a company that is trying to screw a person
around. If you have to send it back, make sure they are
paying the shipping and your handling costs.

2)
Contact TRD. Also contact your state's attorney general.
Contact the state AttyGen of the state that ToySport is
in. Contact the BBB. Contact the FTC. Web pages,
e-mail and hardmail addresses and phone numbers for all
of these groups can all be found online. All of
these organizations will contact ToySport with legal
position (sans the BBB for legal position), which puts
presure on them on your behalf in a professional and
respectable manner. This should bring them around. Going
through the AttyGens of the applicable state/s is really
where your focous should be. Going this route doesn't
cost much and usually gets results. Also, you can
write one letter that you can send to all of the
organizations. Detail the problem, provide the contact info of
ToySport, and tell them what you want (to accomplish). I'm
finishing up doing this junk with a major paging provider
-- the only difference is that I also had the FCC to
sick on them. They seemed to take that seriously as
that's the group they responded to.

3) Don't do
any of that and send them a used and quite dirty
intake manifold.*

With that said, good luck on
the problem if it is still going.

*This is
meant as a humorous suggestion, not to be taken
seriously, I take no responsibility if anyone chooses to act
upon this.
