I owned one once that had 225K and was still going strong. Only reason I got rid of it was i was getting nervous about the mileage and got new car fever. You cant kill those things! LOL

Gigi,
I can certainly relate to new car fever! I get it every 3 years or so. I just want to try out all the new gizmos on the new cars.

How about the lowest miles?

I have little bit more than 33,000 for a 2002.

But now since I have it, it will skyrocket high soon. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grin.gif)

50k on a 1990.

Could possibly be a record!

It's my first car, got it from my grandpa who was retired the entire time he owned it, and apparently didn't get out much

My 82 Celica had over 250,000 and still ran great, just rusted away

My 98 Camry had no rust but blew up after 104,000 careful miles. I'd rather have rust

I don't have a Camry but I have a close friend that has one with 292,000 on it! She hasn't ever done any real maintenance on it either. Routine stuff and I think she replaced the alternator and starter once.. Pretty good if you ask me! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap.gif)

I have a 97 toyota camry 4cyl 5spd with 240k miles. I bought it in 1/99 it had 45k miles. I have done normal maintenance. It is a GREAT car. I highly recommend a camry (IMG:style_emoticons/default/s12.gif)
