Can anyone tell me how to replace it or where to find information about this? Can I even DIY? or need go to dealer which is manual suggest? how much will it cost me?

The fuse in under the hood. It is on the right near the battery. It is a small black box . It is available at any auto store like auto zone NAAP,
Pull out the fuse which is yellow for ABS and replace it with the other.
I hope this helps.
I is indicated as relay and fuse
