I am looking to buy a 1997 - 1999 Avalon XLE and need to know what engine it has in it?

Drives: 1996 Toyota Avalon XLS, 1996 Volvo 850 GLT, 2002 Volvo S60, 1996 Chevy Tahoe LT
Location: Elizabethtown, Kentucky
I think the only engine that came in the Avalon is the 3.0 liter V6. If it is serviced regularly it will last 200,000 - 300,000 miles. Make sure you can get the service records before you buy the car.
