2008 Tacoma Leaking Options

I recently purchased a new 2008 taco. I had some water leaking in through the front passenger door. I found a few drops of water dripping down onto the speaker. I brought my truck to Toyota for the first oil change and asked them to look into. Of course they didn't find anything leaking. I wasn't too worried about that leak. It was very minor and I have only see water leaking twice and those times were during tropical storms down here in south FLA.

BUT yesterday I got into my truck and my brother pointed at the "garage door opener holder" and there was water dripping from it! I opened the holder and there was a small puddle of water in the holder. I carpet on the roof just in front of the holder and it was moist! I am hoping the seal on the front window is the problem because if it isn't this can turn into a nightmare for me!

Has anyone else found any leaks or heard about this happening with the 2008 taco's?
