Hi there, join the club, I have owned mine since december and I love it. Like all the Toyota's i've owned it has provided good reliable if a little unexciting ownership. The 4ws system is great for getting into those tight parking spots and the power lumber cushions on the seat back have provided some of the most comfortable seating of any car i have ever owned..even after long journeys your back still feels ok, unlike the wifes Subaru which after even a short trip makes me feel like Quasimodo!. The only problems i have struck so far are cv's that clack like a couple of casternets and the struts on the trunk lid which have almost decapitated me on a couple of occasions, both simple enough to fix but at the moment i have neither time, inclination or to be frank, money! It is amazing by the way how much junk you can fit into the little beastie...I love fishing and it swallows rods, reels, tackle, waders and a couple of 10lb trout no problems! The biggest problem I have is the paint job, being ex Japan it has a clearcote over the red paint, unlike US manufactured cars, and it is coming off in great lumps, this seems to be a pecularity of all celicas of this age that i've seen around, but red cars like mine seem to suffer more than most for some reason.Unfortunatly as the car only cost me $1k NZD, and a repaint costs abt $2K NZD looks like i'll be stuck with it for some time to come
