my blower motor relay is shot. Is there a way to wire a standard five prong relay into the system or am going to have to bite the bullet and spend 50 bucks at autozone to get a new one?

Looking at the schematic, it's just a SPDT relay.
Just make sure the replacement has a 12 VDC coil and the contacts are rated for 20 Amps minimum.
