Ive been working on Toyotas for over 20 years and have seen just about every make of spark plug used in a Toyota. They work for awhile then start to misfire.
That said, the ONLY spark plugs with the right heat range for your Toyota engine are Toyota plugs, made by Nippon-Denso, or NGK spark plugs.
The only exception to this is Motor Master spark plugs(made by NGK) sold by Canadian Tire here in Canada. They are the right heat range but dont last as long as the name brand NGK ones.
For my money, the only way to go is NGK Iridium spark plugs.
My 93 Paseo burns 1 Litre of oil in 600km. (oil rings seized) I have Iridium NGK plugs in it and they are not fouled at all.
Hope this helps everyone.
