Brake Help Please ! Options

HELLO , I'm new here and a brake problem is why i joined I hope someone out there can help with this issue ! I have an 02 tacoma 4x4 , the truck has got brand new brake pads , drums , callipars , pistons , the e-brake line is not connected right now they didnt have the part I needed at the store ,,, BUT , the problem is the brakes dont stop till I hit the floor, and its all air till then , no pressure at all , and they shake the whole front end when they finally grab to stop , I've bled the brakes 3 times and even had a pro do it and still the same issue ,,, I'm not loosing any fluid and the lines look good ... the callipars are not warped , someone said the power brake booster might be the issue ?? any ideas on this or how I would know if that is the problem ?? thanks in advance !

If you suspect the booster, try disconnecting the vacuum hose to it and plug it and start the engine. The brake pedal will feel hard like a rock if everything else in the braking system is good but beware it'll take you longer to stop depending on your speed. If bled correctly another possibility is the master cylinder leaking internally. Good luck.
