I drove a 2006 Prius (30K miles) today and I am quite interested in buying it. It appears to be in excellent condition and drives very well. Unfortunately, the used car dealer did not have the owner's manual and had no "package/options" info. From what I can tell it has one of the nicer packages because it has a back-up camera, bluetooth and JBL stereo. Although it has a "map" button on the steering wheel, it does not appear to have a navigation system. If the "map" button does not mean the car has a nav system, does it mean something else (or nothing)? Any thoughts as to what options package the car has would be appreciated as would the pros/cons of buying a 2006 Prius. I've been a Toyota owner for years, but this would be my first Prius. Thanks!
Gary

Just make sure it doesn't have the optional HID headlights. they cost $500 each to replace and they are defective. Look at posts about them, hundreds of complaints. they burn out all the time!!

Also, you can usually buy an owners manual on line
