92 Pickup 22re, Cranks But No Start Options

I have a 92 toyota p/u 22re and it cranks but won't start... it flashes a code 43 when i jump the diagnostic port under the hood. So far i've kind of shotguned some parts, although they were well needed: fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor. The battery and alternator test good. I tested the circuit open relay, it was out of spec on resistance so i replaced it... that didn't do anything. The fuel injectors all test about 14 ohms, dont know if what the spec on those are, but they are the same so they either all bad or all good... i dont have the test light to test to check the ecu, which im starting to think more and more is the problem, unless... it's the cam/crank/or knock sensor, it seems i only have a knock sensor..

if anyone else knows what going on or can tell me what to check next it would be much appreciated, i feel like i've checked just about everything...
