normally when you see blue/ blueish smoke coming out of your car's tailpipe, it means your burning oil. If that's the case you have an oil leak due to a bad valve seal(s), piston ring(s), headgasket... those kinds of things. I would start by checking those. With the age of the car, I wouldn't doubt it especially if it's never been done before. I had a 94 H Prelude & its valve seals were in need of replacing. Typical for any car. My money is on the headgasket though, because of the liquid in the tail pipe. I had to replace a few of those on my other cars (which were all in the 91-94 range as well). Usually a bad headgasket means water in your oil, oil in your water & some of that water coming out of your tailpipe. Check all of them though, no matter what you find.
