Thinking About Purchasing 2000 Cruiser Options

I am considering the purchase of a 2000 Land Cruiser. The Cruiser is a one owner with 70,000 miles, no paint or body work. Looks like she just rolled off showroom floor. All maintenance is current and it has new tires. The guy that owns it lives down the street from me and is asking $21,900.

1. What do you guys think about the price?

2. Are there any problems/issues with this particular model?

3. I have never owned a Land Cruiser, always wanted one. Any advice/warnings will be greatly appreciated.
