I purchased the replacement parts (brackets) to change out the three rear muffler brackets as they are squeaking something terrible. Does anyone know how to get the little tip off (it doesn't pull off or have an allen wrench connection) so that I can pull the old off and replace the new one?

Amy: You have to use Vasoline, then jerk-em-off! Any more questions?
