Well something had to go wrong sooner or later, lol. It's not that big a deal really, I just thought I would mention something thats gone wrong with my car, just incase you should notice it happen to yours as well. I was driving along and after a few days, I started to notice that my front right(drivers side, UK) headlamp seemed to be wobbling up and down, due to the light kinda bouncing around a bit in the casing. I thought to myself, "better get that fixed". So 2 weeks later(lol, always forget to do stuff), I suddenly saw my light doing an impression of the lamp that lights up the sky for Batman! Im telling you, all I needed was a batsign, and he would of been there in seconds. What had happened was that, the two bits of metal on the headlamp bracket (rectangular piece of metal around the edge of the glass) where the screws fasten it to the mounting had snapped off. This meant the light was only hanging on by the top screw, and decided to point skyward. I've managed to bodge it up, until my part arrives, but the only problem is that it's still a bit high, and one day it was kinda pointing at everyones rear view mirror every time I was behind em, which wasnt exactly very safe. Oh well, anyway, until then, I'll just have to go a bit steady until I get my new part. (?15 by the way, not too sure what that is in dollars, think it might be about 25 dollars)

Just to let you know that it's all fixed now, and I had the exact same problem as the both of you, where the two bottom screws were totally rusted out, but luckily when I removed the piece that the headlamp sits in, I was then able to twist them out with a pair of pliers, without having to drill them. Ive also stuck some heavy duty screws in there now, along with some massive washers, hopefully that should do the trick. Now all I need is a dark night, and a wall, so I can adjust the headlamp so it's pointing straight, haha!
