Yes you can, although with the RX300, it's much more complicated than normal cars, I had a full after market Competition sound system, installed, all the speakers, were replaced, several, amps, a Digital Capacitor and 2 12" solo barrick subs. UNBELIEVABLE! here is what you will need, one you will need a line converter to convert the factory line level to RCA for the amps, I used sound Gate line output converter, you can also use PAC or Monstercables version. its also best to use Monster Cable interlink cables. Although there are a few things that will happen if you keep the stock radio 1) everyttime you turn on and off the car, you will hear a pop in the system, (depending on how powerful of an amp/speakers you have) 2) there could be a minor Hissing sound, when the audio is turned on, weather almost as 0 or mid level, although at moderate to high volumes, you will in NO way notice it, again if you have a Powerfull system installed 3) with the audio off you will possibley hear the engine noise, while reving, which is noticible when on the freeway with all the Windows up, since the Lexus is a VERY quite cabin. to get rid of all this, you would have to get an aftermarket deck, CD, or DVD I am possibly going to get a DVD installed with Nav. seems like an endless journey, one thing leads to another LOL. So does anyone know about a good aftermarket Exahust for the RX300? by the way if you have any questions about the audio, feel free to ask, I am an Audio Mixer/Engineer. Sean
