Drives: 2000 Toyota Avalon xls
Location: usa
After 10 years my Avalon xls front windshield wipers have no intermittent control and no longer close when turned off. Slow and Fast work fine. Must I buy a new motor or is their a circuit board or fuse that simply controls thes items?
