Hi Everyone,

I own a european 2007 Prius, and have the irritating problem of the speedometer backlight (not the central display) being reduced every time I turn on the headlights. Now this is a great feature at night, it also makes reading your speed in the daytime while wearing sunglasses next to impossible. That is not a comfort, but a safety problem.

In Europe, it is a frequent requirement for drivers to have to (as i must) put on their headlights while driving outside of the city, but there are countries also, where you have to have them on constantly. It makes me wonder, if there is a brightness adjustment - ANYWHERE - for this display.

If you have a tip on this issue, I would be glad to hear your input. Thanks.
