Does anyone know any places that sell aftermarket parts such as a speedo cable for a 1989 toyota 2 wd carb 4 speed. I just got it and i am in love (IMG:style_emoticons/default/banana.gif)

How about the dealership? I've found parts for my '91 have been relatively cheap!

btw...we replaced the speedo cable in mine and it's still wacked out!

I have 89 2wd long bed auto with 195K.
Ireplaced my speedo entire cable by going to pick-a-part---20bucks--works great.

I went and got one at the dealership. It was $82. and broke again right away. Went back and they replaced it and now this second one is working fine.

We had a severe cold snap after I replaced the first new speedo cable and I think the temps going from 65 down to 9F caused this break.
