Hi all

I recently acquired a used 2004 Toyota Rav4 L and the "Light reminder buzzer" isn't working. It's the buzzer that sounds when you open the door with the engine off and headlights on. It's fairly harmless, but my wife left the lights by accident on after parking the other day and it drained the battery. So we had to call AAA for a jump last night. I know this will happen again. I'll be next I'm sure. So, does anybody know where to look to fix this? There's not much in the manual. I'm thinking it's maybe a fuse. I just don't want to take it in if it's something I can fix on my own on the cheap.

Thanks!

Update: Strangely, the buzzer started working again. I'm not sure why. The only possiblity is that I pressed and held the "reset" button which is left of the instrument panel. Why it would need to be "reset," I don't know. hmmm....

But the bad news continues as the VSC Trac and check engine lights are on. Wonderful. This car has already had more issues in two months than my 2002 Nissan Sentra has had in 8 years.
