well i have a '92 pickup i just replace the heads and put in a new exhaust system. it seems to not want to start due to the injectors not wanting to fire. the only time it gets any kind of hint to starting is the coldstart injector other than that it seems to be dead in the water so to speak. my assumption is it must be computer related seeing as how it is fuel injection.

I don't think it's the computer. Removing the heads requires taking off a bunch of the engine electrical. I bet something is not connected back on. A lot of things have to be right, TPS, MAFS, timing, etc, before the computer will fire the injectors. Also make sure you got the grounds connected back up.
