I have a standard 1996 toyota tacoma Without power locks. I was wondering if anyone could please help and maybe give me an idea how I can get in there. I have a slim jim jus for this cause i do this more than I'd like. jus don't know how to use it?? If I had an idea on what i needed to do i think that i could figure it out. thanks!!

You can't Slim Jim a Toyota. All the normal rods that you would hook a slim jim around are encased in plastic. Call a lock smith.

Well yes you can slim jim a toyota, I have done it MANY times, go just to the right of the door handle about 3-4 inches down with the hook facing the back of your rig, and play with it you should see the lock move around a slight bit, when you do you know that you are close. BE GENTLE...DON'T FORCE ANYTHING--YOU WILL "POP" ONE OF THE RODS LOOSE! But yes it can be done!
