Tomorrow, I'm going to look at a '94 Toyota pickup, 4WD, V6, 5spd, w/185K miles. Its more miles than I want to get into but I think if the body isn't rusted out, it might still be a fair deal. I'm going to offer $1900 or $2000. I know the clutch and brakes have been replaced recently, and the oil in the transfer case also.

any opinions??

Thanks

His post says V6, which is the 3VZ-FE.

The 3.0 V6 does have a history of Head Gasket problems. There is a Service Campaign to replace if blown, it would be worthwhile finding out if was ever done. Some people have never had a problem, some several times.

There is another Service Campaign for the steering relay rod, if it was never done you will want to have it done if you buy the truck.
