Hi All,

First time here, just wanted to introduce myself. Long time Toyota fan presently living in British Columbia Canada, driving a Celica GT 1988 360,000km 2nd owner, rear wheel wells starting to rust but mechanically could drive another 18 years. (jdm motor last june). Presently looking for a Supra 87 - 91 model, manual, turbo, targa top. I am investigating importing a right hand drive from Japan, very low mileage and cheap. has anyone gone that route? where you happy with the vehicle? anything that I should watch out for?
That's all for now,

Try looking up www.canadatrader.ca. I saw a Supra that was for sale in Alberta that only had 130,000 k's. He had it appraised at $15,000 but was taking any reasonable offers. I'm thinking of selling my 1989, but it's an automatic, and is also in excellent shape. Never winter driven and has no rust.

Thanks, I did see that one, no targa top though. They are out there just have to be patient hahaha!! not my strong point. Missed one in Vancouver over the weekend had 177,000km.
Shame yours isn't a manual I would have been interested, Why are you considering selling? looking for something newer or different car altogether.

Yes hello, my name is Jesse and I am trying to sell my 1986.5 Toyota Celica Supra Mark III . It has about 210,000 miles on it and just recently stoped running. I think that it may need a new fuel pump and or starter. I'm not sure though, it has a 3.0 ltr. straight 6 engine bran new plugs, wires, cap and roter new tires and new battery. Body has some damage and needs a paint job. I was rear ended in San Diego,CA. Some other minor work needs done to get it in mint condition. Pwr. windows, locks, driver seat, and Pwr. mirrors. If anyorne is interested send me a message with an offer and I'll try to get back to you or email me at yorktown_83@yahoo.com. Hope to hear from someone soon.

hey dude ,
i went the import route, first thing 2 remember is don't waste time on anything less than 15 years old.
Toyotas are bullet proof so there is nothin wrong with that age, get it inspected first to be sure though.
I used Matt at www.japanautodirect.com and I was happy with the end result.
Cheers ,
Coop.
