Hi everyone! I am a graduate student and am doing a research project on Toyota. I am studying the unique relationship that Toyota customers (and non-customers) have built with Toyota in the last few decades that Toyota has been present on the America automobile landscape. I am trying to find out the image that you have of Toyota. I have just a few questions and nothing more. Do you think that in these years you have driven a Toyota it has become a part of your life, or perhaps that you have created a sort of emotional attachment to it.
