I'm driving a Blue Toyota Corolla LE '06. That's about all I know about it. Everything is stock, got a little over 23,000 miles on it now. I know it IS a corolla so there may not be too much I can do to pimp it up but anything's better than what it is now.

I don't know much about cars other than oil changing and replacing tires. Hell, I've never even replaced a windshield wiper. It's not that I'm not into the flashy cars and import tuning scene...etc I just never got around to it.

I'm mostly looking to make it look good and not as much into performance as of now, although performance is a plus. What would be a good place to start, in terms of what my options are, how, and where? I'm looking to throw a $200-250 a month, max, into it. I know it's not a lot but just slowly get it pimped up and start getting noticed while cruisin.

Probably thinking of exterior first then moving onto interior mods/addons later on. Any tips would be appreciated, thanks?

Get OEM yellow foglights/amber foglights. Intake (K&N, Injenz, AEM, Fujita), Exhaust (Magnaflow, HKS, RSR), HIDs 6k-8k, Window visors, Sunroof visor, Etc. Broadway rear view mirror, Front grill perhaps? All this is around your price range. I spent 400 on intake and exhaust catback alone. But the foglights and the other excess reach up to about only 120-160.
