The natural thing to do when troubleshooting is
to start by taking a look at what you worked on.
Check the wires and make sure none of them have been
burned by laying on a manifold or are otherwise broken
and that they are all on the plugs tight. Next, check
and make sure none of the plugs have backed out.
Also, look at the cap and rotor, make sure they are
seated properly. Lastly, make sure you didn't hit,
dislodge or pinch any of the vacume or fuel lines when you
were working under there.

It could always be
some other problem, but the likelyhood that your car
would begin to act strangly so soon after a tune up
because of an unrelated problem is pretty far fetched. It
can happen, but not bloody likely.
