Hi Toyota fans/experts: Does anyone know the procedure to reset the "maint req" light? I have been told to turn the ign. on and hold down the odometer reset button for 6 seconds but that doesn't work. Pehaps someone has a shop manual and will tell me the correct procedure. Thanks

I was told by someone else who has an 2002 Toyota that this would work. I haven't tried it as yet. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap.gif)

You know what. I've been told the exact same thing... that you should hold down the ign. I never had to reset it though. That's crazy it doesn't work.
