ok i have a 85 pickup with a rebuilt 22r in it i am about done with the engine and about to paint the truck but on the passenger side there is no mirror or a place where a mirror has been does any body know why

Many vehicles come (or used to) come with just the driver's mirror. I think some where considered an accessory. Shouldn't be too hard to retrofit one.

Hey, that's intresting! I thought it was only optional through 1975 or 76. Then safety rules required them. Maybe I've got the years wrong and am showing my age here.

Check out junkyards for a used one and see what you can get that way.
