I have a 04 Sequoia, I was thinking of going with a cold air intake and flow master exhaust
with the 3 inch pipe, would this void my warrenty on the drive train??

The $tealer would have to prove that those mods caused whatever happened to your truck. google "magnusson-moss act" for more info.

That is good to know. i have always been afraid of mods due to the same reason. I beleive you have to verify the warranty paperwork to make sure certain specific mods are allowd. IE. Ford allows pretty much anything as long as the engine case is not opened, and the computer is not modified.

Just be careful if you go K&N. A lot of dealers claim over oiling the filter leave oil deposits on the MAF which somehow caused some transmissions damage. So if you do go K&N you dont have to go crazy on the oil.
