I have a 22R-e engine in a 94 pickup right now and its pretty slow. i know you cant get but so much out of a 4 cylinder, but does anyone have any ideas for increasing horsepower or acceleration with this engine. Has anyone done anything to their own truck that has helped or has any ideas, im kinda lookin for a summer project so any suggestions would be helpful.

CAI won't do much in terms of performance. You'll need to get new headers, exhaust and a turbo to get any noticeable gains in HP. Take a look at those links I provided and call them up.
