Hey everyone, just wanted to say hi. I own a 2006 corolla LE. Heres what I did for halloween of '06. This car is awesome:

Check the video out, its pretty sweet. I have strobe lights mounted in the grill, and theyre still there, so I can use them whenever and people think im a cop. I also have a strut tower brace installed, so the handling is pretty stable. This car rocks

Interesting approach to be scaring people! But is that legal? Did you get in trouble? I mean, from afar and at night it does look like a police car, but at least in New York where I used to live, the NYPD wouldn´t have take that as a Halloween joke... they take things very serious! Besides, were you actually recognized as a Ghostbuster? I think the movie is so old, people would probably have forgotten, or wouldn´t realy be scared by that! Anyway, welcome to this board.

Haha, yea I think having any flashing lights on your car is illegal, but all the lights on top were stuck on by magnets, so theyre off. I was driving around my campus on halloween with the lights on the roof, but not turned on, and no campus police stopped me. So I guess if theyre not flashing, you're good. That was in a parking lot, so I didnt expect any cops to stop me. Almost everybody recognized the car from the movie ghostbusters, it was a pretty awesome feeling. Thanks for the welcome and I hope to learn some cool mods for the corolla.

That was really cool and creative! I was a huge Ghostbusters fan. Glad you didn't get into trouble though (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grin.gif)

Good thing you didn't get in trouble. The lights are legal as long as you don't turn them on while on the road, or to try to impersonate a cop.
