hey guys, im 16 and i just bought my first car, a silver 03 toyota celica. im gettin sick of the chick car crap some people are giving me (lead by a guy who drives his moms old civic, can you say hypocrite?). i was planning on doing some stuff to my car, and i was wondering if anyone has pics of similar things, or could offer advice...

option A- two black racing stripes down the middle

option B- small body kit, i dont want it to look like a mexican car (no offense to anyone, but generally some mexicans go all out with body kits and it makes the cars look cheap)

considering adding an exhaust kit, carbon fiber hood, or air intake along with either choice. i already have a spoiler.

i would go all out and turbo it, but i dont see myself driving it for too long. i want to keep my purchases under about $1200 so what would you do if you were me?

Paint is a good choice if you do it right. You might want to consider vinyl decals.

Body kits are readily available but can look cheap.

If you are looking for speed and performance, go with exhaust and cold air intake.

Best of luck!

ok check it out. for 1200$ you coould easily push and extra 75 - 100 hp. theres alot of thing you can do to add extra hp by doing it yourself. for instance you can remove your butterfly valves from your intake to get a better airflow with wll increase it 5hp. go with the short ram intake instead of the cold air intake. if you go with Injen you can get one for about 250$. throw on some headers from DC for 350$ . so you got about 30 - 40 hp and only spent 500$. there alot of **** you can do and also if you have the gt-s model you can out run almost any honda on the road. the only ones i have had trouble with in mine are the s2000 and the 06 07 civics.
