Hi all:

We've recently purchased a brand new 09 Rav4 Base 4x4 2.5 4cyl. I've done some searching and haven't found out too much info on what to look out for on the Rav4 or certain precautions we should be taking. I noticed the 2.5 is a new engine to the Toyota line, although it looks identical to the old 2.4. Here are some questions I have:

1.) Lubricants: The engine requires 0w-20. Is there a synthetic that Toyota recommends? What about the transfer case, transmission, etc?

2.) I've been looking for a rubber cargo mat and a set of mudflaps. Is there anywhere else other than the dealer I can go to get factory equipment?
