Hello and welcome! My best friend has just ordered her second prius and loves it. This one will replace the 3 year old one she currently has.

Thanks for the friendly greetings all! I'm really enjoying the car.. get many inquires at the school where I teach. Several of my colleagues have gotten the "passenger seat tour", and are as amazed as I was and still am. Especially cool is the keyless entry... also don't forget the fact that air-conditioning is "freeeee !". I think the car changes the way you drive...actually to a safer and saner mode in my opinion...who wouldn't try to reach those 50+ mile per gallon levels we read about! Can't say I've found anything really wrong with the car..just things that require getting used to..ie. like not having a hood reference point ! Love the centerdash display especially the trip/energy/consuption readouts, and climate controls. Audio is really good..etc, etc...btw...last car was a 185 000 miles Corolla vintage 1992! Seaside Pearl exterior on the Prius (..read "kind of pastel blue") also is very nice. So far I'm at 600 miles and 44.1 mpg! Looking forward to hearing from you!..Barry

My friend took posession of her new Prius on Friday, it's the prettiest shade of blue, seaside pearl.

I love how quiet it is.
