I just purchased a 95 4Runner SR5 V6 with 167,000 miles. So far it's been an awesome truck but has one little issue. The rear window goes up and down great using the console switch, however when using the gate key switch is does nothing at all. I took the interior cover off to look at the switch,disconnected it and cleaned it out...still nothing. Has anyone else ran into this? If so what was the common issue? Thanks all!

4Runners are awesome trucks...I have a 1990 that I ran into that same problem around 210,000 miles and I actually haven't done anything about and I need to when I get time off...I'd suggest just getting a new key switch and have it keyed for your key and see what that does...
Other than that...if I find out anything on that issue I'll keep you posted.

Usually the problem is with the relay control board.
