I am retired and now have time to service my 2002 Avalon. I know how to change oil and filter. What other items should be checked at this time. Thanks

it would depend on total miles as to what must be done, but as long as you have the time, check the air cleaner...when was it last changed, check all other fluids(transmission, power steering, brake) check the condition of the fan belts, lubricate door hinges, clean and wax her, kick the tires once or twice and you should be good to go.....
