Drives: 1995 toyota 4runner 3.0 v6

I'm new to this forum but it looks like the perfect place to get answers re: my '95 4runner plus offer information i may have about problems i've oversome. i would like to know what the oem refrigerant for my '95 4runner w/ 3.0 V6 is and if it's possible to recharge it myself. Any information or advice any of you can provide will be welcome.
